Click on the folder and select "Rename". Enter the new name and click outside the input field to validate the new name. #### Add a template You can create and save response templates for common situations such as requests for information or thank-you notes. When you need to reply to a message, simply select the appropriate template and customize it to your specific needs. #### Add folders and subgroups By using the "Add folder and subgroup" function, you can optimize your productivity by creating an organized structure for your messages. You can create folders for specific categories such as projects, customers or message types. What's more, you can also create sub-groups within each folder for even more detailed organization. #### Move Thanks to the "Move" function in your BUZZ messaging platform, you can easily organize your templates into folders or subgroups according to your organizational structure. This feature gives you the flexibility to change the location of your template folders, allowing you to sort precisely according to the nature of the templates, such as replies to notices, requests for notices or frequently asked questions. This advanced management capability allows you to maintain an organized structure for your templates, making it easy to search and retrieve relevant information when you need it. #### Duplicate The "Duplicate" function makes it easy to create copies of your existing templates. This enables you to organize your resources efficiently and distribute them consistently throughout your template management system. This allows you to customize your templates to suit different requirements or specific categories, while maintaining a clear, orderly structure. #### Delete By using the "Delete" function, you can optimize your productivity by getting rid of items that clutter up your workspace.
