How Do I Edit Several Establishments at Once?

The “edit an establishment” function allows you to quickly and easily reproduce one of your existing establishments to create a new one. When you modify an establishment, all previously saved information, settings, and configurations are automatically copied to the new establishment. You can then make specific changes to the new establishment without affecting the original.

  1. Select the Establishments to Be Modified

To begin, go to your local profile section with all your active sites. Check the box at the top left of each profile you wish to modify, or click on the “select all” button which appears at the bottom of the page once you have clicked on a profile. You can choose one establishment at a time, or select several in succession by checking them one after the other.

  1. Access the Edit Feature

Once you have selected the establishments you would like to work with, the “Edit” feature will automatically appear in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on this option to start the editing process.

  1. Two Editing Options

Once you have selected the “Edit” button, you will see two distinct options: “New content” and “Import from an establishment”. These choices are accompanied by the number of establishments you have decided to duplicate.

  1. Edit with “New”

When editing establishments, you can select the fields you want to edit and insert them into the new establishments you have selected. You can customize the following fields: opening hours, establishment description, categories, attributes, services, media and additional information.

  1. Validate Changes

Once you have successfully made your changes, a confirmation of changes will be displayed. It will highlight the edited information and indicate how many establishments are affected by the adjustments. This step gives you the opportunity to check that the desired changes have been applied to each new establishment. You can also delete items during the process.

  1. Edit with “import from an establishment”

The process is similar to the process for creating new content, but in reverse. All the information for the selected establishment is already pre-filled. All you need to do is select the elements you want to keep, then proceed to the validation stage. This simplifies the process by allowing you to work from an already established base, saving you time and ensuring that important details are correct before finalizing.
