Explore Your Reviews with the Reputation Tab

The “Reputation” tab centralizes your reviews, simplifying their management, and allows you to monitor your company's reputation in real time.

How Do I Reply to Reviews?

Explore the list of your reviews and select the ones you wish to reply to. You will see the name of the person who left the review, as well as the number of stars awarded. Then click on the “Type your reply” button below the selected review to start writing your reply.

 

Writing Your Reply: 

When you start writing your response, you can choose from pre-set reply templates to help you respond more quickly to reviews, or you can write it yourself.

Search Bar and Filters:

Search: Use the search function to find establishments by entering their name or town.

Status: You can sort reviews according to their status, whether they have been replied to or not.

Platforms: You can filter reviews according to their source, whether they come from Google, Facebook, or customer feedback.

Number of stars awarded: You can also filter reviews according to the number of stars awarded, which ranges from 1 to 5.

How Do I insert the Google Review Badge? 

You can add the Google review badge by copying the HTML code, giving your company added credibility. 

On the badge, you'll see the average stars awarded to your establishment, as well as the number of reviews left.

 

Here Is How:

  1. Copy the HTML code using the button or the option provided to copy the code to the clipboard.
  2. Go to the page on your website where you want to display the badge.
  3. Open the source code of this page in your HTML or CMS editor.
  4. Paste the HTML code where you want the badge to appear on your page.
  5. Save the changes and view your page to check that the Google review badge is displayed correctly.
