# How Does the QR Code Work?

## A fast and targeted experience for your customers.

**When you scan the QR code with your phone, you'll be instantly redirected, whether to request a review or access personalized content.** 

 

**Accompanying Message:** You can create an accompanying message such as “Scan me!”; this will help clearly convey the intent behind the QR code and encourage customers to use it as intended.

**Direction Link** 

*Request Reviews:* Collect reviews using the QR code to facilitate access to review requests.

*Custom:* Personalize your direction link using the QR code.

 

**Preview:** On the right-hand side of your page, you can see what your message looks like when you link it to your QR code. This gives you a preview of what your customers will see when they use the code.
