Discover how the Buzz dashboard works for the distribution of your information!
Buzz allows you to broadcast your information on more than 45 platforms.
The list of broadcasted platforms and the broadcast status of your information is available on the "Echo" menu, in the "Platforms" tab.
The different connection statuses
Here are the different connection statuses:
Synchronized data: Your information is published and up to date on the platform
Synchronization in progress: When you update your information or after connecting to a new platform, your data is automatically synchronized. The duration of this process depends on the platform's policy. Some update the data in real time while others do it periodically. We indicate the average delay for each platform.
Platform requiring your attention: Your information cannot be updated. This may be due to a technical problem (e.g. your account is not connected) or a regulatory problem (e.g. your listing is suspended for not respecting the platform's rules).
Suspended broadcasting: You have the possibility to suspend the broadcasting of your information on any platform, at any time. To do so, click on the "Suspend distribution" button.
Modes of diffusion of your data
There are 2 types of platforms : those requiring the creation of an account (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor) and those on which we distribute your information without the need to create an account.
By default, your information is automatically displayed on all platforms that do not require an account. As explained above, you can stop the broadcasting at any time by clicking on the "Stop broadcasting" button.
Special case of platforms requiring the creation of an account
For the 4 platforms requiring an account creation (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor), you will be able to launch the synchronization of your information after having connected your account. To do so, click on the "Connect my account" button and let us guide you. You will start by connecting to your account and then authorize Buzz to administer it.
If you want to stop the diffusion of your data on these platforms, you will have to disconnect your account by clicking on the corresponding button. In other words, you remove the right of administration of your file to Buzz and we will stop synchronizing your information on the concerned platform.
In case you don't have an account on these platforms, it will be necessary to create one.
First connection to the Buzz interface
Google being the essential platform for your local referencing, we make sure that your Google Business Profile account is well connected to Buzz at your first connection to Buzz.
