Did you know that it is easy to create a new message in your message inbox? First, click on the "Plus" button next to "Search" at the top left of your message interface. Then, choose the "SMS" option, access your inbox to select the recipients of your message. You can add a new contact by clicking on the "New Contact" button or select an existing contact from your contact list. If you are sending an SMS, you can add an email address to a new contact or choose the location of your message. If you are sending an email, you can add a phone to your message. Once you have selected all the recipients of your message, you can fill in the content of your message in the text field. That's it! You are ready to send your message by clicking the "Send" button. #### 💡Things to Know You can write up to 160 characters per message but the solution allows you to send two messages at a time. ### How do I create a new request for feedback? Do you want to ask for your customers' opinions via SMS? It's easy! First, click on the "More" button next to the search bar, then select "New Feedback Request". Now you're ready to fill out your review request by choosing your establishment, the contacts of the recipients you want to reach, and even adding new contacts. If the contact doesn't exist yet, don't worry! You can easily fill in their information, such as phone number, email, first and last name. And if you prefer to use a different language, you can easily select that too. Then you can write your own personalized message or use one of your templates to save time. ### How to edit your messages? With the "Edit" button, you can easily select the messages you want to move to the "Favorites" or "Completed" filters for future reference.
