Understand and discover Buzz!

Buzz is not such a difficult tool to use, but it is important that you know how to use it properly. This is why we have created 4 videos to best help you to familiarize yourself with the platform.

Each video will allow you to understand in detail each of the modules available in "Buzz". Don't wait any longer and start taking advantage of the new features available to you now.

Let yourself be guided by these videos for a quick start!

1. Your first connexion:

In this first video, we'll walk you through the first steps you'll need to take when you first log in to Buzz. 

When your Google Account is logged in, you'll need to verify all your information. 

You can access this information by clicking on the Echo module on the left side of your screen. By clicking on the "Facility" category, you will be able to verify and modify your information if necessary. Fill in as much information as possible if you want to have more visibility.

Don't forget to save your information !

Here are the different modules proposed by Buzz:

  • Dashboard : To have a global vision of your company's reputation on the internet. 
  • Echo : To manage all the information related to your company. 
  • Reputation : To manage your customers' opinions. 
  • Reputation Booster : To send review requests to your customers.

2. The ''Dashboard'' module:

This module will allow you to easily and globally access the visibility of your company using different indicators. 

By clicking on this module, you will be redirected to the "Local referencing" tab. This tab gives access to three pieces of information: 

  1. The "Views", meaning the number of times your profile has appeared in the search results. 
  2. Actions", representing the number of interactions your company has had during the selected period. 
  3. And the "Calls", being the number of times the call button on your Google listing was clicked. 

Don't forget to select the desired period by clicking on the "Select a period" category. 

Then, you can compare your results with those of previous periods, by clicking on the "Compare to" category. 

This will allow you to see the evolution of your company during the selected periods, with the different indicators available. 

You will also see that you can select different channels to compare each one with those of the selected years, such as messages, calls, searches from a computer or mobile device, and many others ...  

And then you'll have access to the number of times your company appeared in search results based on the keywords people searched for on Google. 

You have a second tab available "Customer Reviews"

This one allows you to have a global view on the number of reviews collected as well as the average ratings, and their processing rate. That is to say, the number of reviews that you have decided to respond to.

You will be able to see the number of reviews left per month on your company and thus compare them with a period that you can select. But also make an analysis of your reputation over time and also compare your review processing rates with previous periods.

 

3. The "Echo" module:

This module is divided into 6 tabs:

  • Platforms: Allows you to view all the platforms on which your information is shared. Most of the time you will have to manually connect the Google My Company and Facebook accounts. All other platforms will be connected automatically. 
    So you will be able to see all the activity of the platforms where your information is shared.
  • Establishment: Allows you to manage all the information of your establishment. This will allow you to edit your data once for all your platforms.
  • Posts: This tab will allow you to post the information you want on your Google My Business profile. Simply click on the "create a post" tab, choose the type of post and complete it by adding a photo and a message. Depending on the nature of the post, you may have different information to fill in. 
  • Media: You will be able to add a photo or a video, representing the window of your company, presenting your establishment, your products and services.
  • Services: You will be able to fill in the services you offer, and add descriptions so that your customers understand what you offer. You can decide to add prices or not.
  • Q/R: Here, all the questions that your customers ask you will be filled in. You can answer them directly from this tab. 
    You can also create your own questions and answer them. These answers will be directly visible from Google. 

4. Reputation" and "Reputation Booster" modules:

The Reputation module allows you to manage all the reviews that have been left on the various platforms connected to your Buzz profile. 

You can filter them by period, by platform and by status. But also by ratings, recommendations and keywords. 

You can therefore respond manually but also create response templates based on the type of review left by the customer in order to save time. 

The Reputation Booster module allows you to send a message to your customer so that he can leave a review on your platform. You can customize the message, but you also have the possibility to save a pre-recorded message template. 

You have a limited number of messages and emails. 

The notices will then be visible on the Reputation module seen previously.
