Your online notoriety takes into account the opinions of your customers, it is important to know how your reputation evolves and how it is treated.
View your establishment's reputation
Reputation indicators are directly visible from the "Customer reviews" tab.
By clicking on "Select a period", you can display the indicators for the desired period.
By clicking on "Compare to" you can see the difference between 2 different periods.
Analyze your reputation
You can see the analysis of your reputation on the different graphs according to the selected period.

How do I submit a review request with Reputation Booster?
The graph below allows you to analyze your reputation over the months. You can see the average rating that your customers leave you each month.
The circle on the right allows you to have the average score of your reviews collected over the last 12 months.
Then the last graph represents the importance rate you give to your reviews.
That is to say that for each month, you can see the rate of responses to your customer reviews. Then the box on the right allows you to compare your treatment rates from one year to another.
