How does your Buzz inbox look like?

Centralize all your message services in a single inbox. Here are some details of the different types of new messages you can receive.

SMS

You can receive messages from a phone number directly to your Buzz inbox. This can be an easy-to-use communication solution for your caller.

Positive Google Review

One type of message you may receive is Google reviews. It's super easy to recognize! You'll see the number of stars you've been given just below the recipient's name and you can also see the platform, such as the little Google "G" next to it. If you respond to the reviews, you can even pin them to your favorites for easy retrieval.

Another type of message you can receive is a response to your review requests. How does it work? It's very simple! You will see the subject "request for advice" with the icon "mail" or "sms" next to the name of the recipient. But also, a preview of their answers just below the subject.

Unsatisfactory Review

With Buzz Messaging, you can receive responses to your previous review requests directly from the templates you've previously prepared. No more searching around for your customers' reviews - they'll all be in one place!

And that's not all - we've also simplified the way customers can give you feedback. If they're not completely satisfied, they won't give you a star rating to avoid damaging your reputation. Instead, they'll choose "not satisfied" and can add a brief explanation. This is a gentler and more constructive way to receive criticism, so you can improve your service even faster.

Facebook and Instagram Messages

You can also check your customers' Facebook and Instagram social media posts directly from your messages. This is a great way to stay in touch with your customers and answer to them quickly and efficiently.

Webchat

With the messaging, you will also be able to access your webchat, which are messages that your customers leave you on your website. Whether it's to get in touch with you or to ask you questions about your products or services, you will be able to answer quickly and efficiently thanks to this practical feature.

Read Messages

At the bottom of your inbox, you can also find the "read messages" section which will not be displayed in bold. This allows you to quickly see which messages you have already read and not waste time going through them again.
