      How to change my opening hours?

      Find out how to tell your customers your opening hours via the platform and Google Business Profile!

      1. Modify the opening hours of your establishment with the platform

      Here are the steps to follow to edit your opening and closing hours from the user interface:

      1. Go to the "Echo" menu and select the tab "Facility".

      2. Select the "Opening hours" sub-tab

      Modify your schedules and then click on "Save changes" to start synchronizing with the platforms.

      Please note:

      • If your opening hours are fixed, you can create a standard schedule and apply it to the days of your choice. This will save you time when you edit your schedules.

      • After saving, the synchronization with the different platforms will start with a variable update time.

      2. Update your business hours with Google Business Profile

      Here are the steps to follow to edit your opening and closing hours from your Google Business Profile:

      1. Go to your Google Business Profile and click on the "Edit Info" link.

      2. Select the "Hours" tab

      3. Edit your schedules by clicking on the "Pencil" icon
