What is the Buzz Echo module?

Buzz has created the Echo module so you can develop and manage your digital presence on more than 40 platforms that drive traffic from your customers: search engines, social networks, directories, voice assistants, review sites, GPS platforms...

Features of the Echo module

The Buzz Echo module is divided into 6 different tabs. Learn about them step by step to get the most out of them.

  • Platforms

When you arrive on this tab, you will see this first page:

From this tab you will be able to see all the platforms where your company is active. Usually only Google My Business and Facebook require authentication, otherwise the rest automatically connect to your Buzz account. 

You will be able to see which platforms are synchronized, which ones are in progress, which ones are suspended and which ones need to be checked.

  • Business

Here you will be able to enter all the information related to your business. 

You will need to make your primary information visible, as well as your company's main category, secondary categories and Facebook categories

You will also need to enter your address and service areas. 

Don't forget to save your changes with the "Save" button on the top left. 

Next you'll need to fill in the secondary information, such as your company description, website address and the social networks you are on.

Finally you will have to fill in your business hours.

You can fill in your regular hours at first, but you can also schedule special days, for example when your company will be closed on a holiday.

  • Posts

The posts will allow you to promote your activities within the company but also outside. It will show that you are active in the eyes of customers and Google. 
You can sort them by date, alphabetically and by categories.

  • Média

You will be able to add photos and videos of your activities, as well as your products and services. 
It is important to make this tab active to allow Google to better reference you.

  • Services

Here you will fill in the services you offer, as well as whether it is a primary or secondary category. You will also be able to enter the price if you want and the description of the service.

  • Q/A

The Questions / Answers section will allow you to have a global view of your customers' questions. You can answer them directly from this tab

You will also be able to publish your own recurring questions and answer them automatically to better inform your customers.
